Effective 2025

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

  • Fishing and bear hunting licenses must be purchased before arriving at camp

  • Payments: We are not set up to accept credit cards for full payments, but we do accept credit cards for deposits when booking online

  • No refunds will be issued

  • Check-in and check-out times:

    • Check-in: ​2:00 PM

    • Check-out: 6:00AM (May -July) 6:30AM (August & September)

  • Taxes: HST rate is 13%

  • Checks to be made payable to: Nungesser Lake Outpost

 

CABIN PACKAGES

  • All reservations are for a full week, Saturday to Saturday

 

Packages include a standard boat  and cabin accommodations

 

Standard Cabin & Fishing Rates (Per Person, in USD)

  • 6 Days / 7 Nights (Saturday - Saturday)​:

    • Adults: $1,100 + HST (13%)

    • Children (14 & under): $550 + HST (13%)

Combination Fishing & Fall Bear Hunting Rates (Per Person, in USD)

  • 6 Days / 7 Nights (Saturday - Saturday)​:

    • Adults: $2,575 + HST (13%)

Includes:

  • Fully guided hunt

  • Retrieval, skinning & freezer service

Hunter must purchase own bear license, export permit. Hunter must provide proof of previous hunting license.​

BOAT DAMAGE INSURANCE

We offer optional in-house lower unit (40 hp Motor insurance:

  • Lower Unit Insurance Premium (40 HP Motor): $130 + HST (13%)

  • Lower Unit Deductible: $290 + HST (13%)

Standard price for prop replacement with or without insurance:

  • Prop Replacement: $195 + HST (13%)

Without insurance, any lower unit damage will be invoiced at the cost of a new one: $2,600

 

 


DEPOSIT

  • $600 per person for fishing and for hunting

  • If booking online, the deposit is paid at checkout via credit card

 

  • For reservations made by phone or email, the deposit must be paid within 60 days  of the reservation date

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance, but can be transferred to the following year. We suggest you buy travel insurance

 

  • If a party member is unable to attend, their deposit will be used to cover lost income

  • What your deposit does for you:

    • Reserves your boat(s)

    • Reserves your cabin

  • What we do with your deposit:

    • Covers startup costs (insurance, property taxes, operational fees)

    • Helps us plan the season (supplies, fuel, propane)

    • Provides financial stability for off-season maintenance and improvements (boats, motors, cabins)

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Online reservations require a minimum of 4 people to optimize camp occupancy

  • Groups of fewer than 4 should contact us directly to discuss special accommodations 

 

  • The outpost has a maximum capacity of 12 people

 

  • Equipment is first come, first served due to limited availability
